Owner Operator Pre-Qualification

Use this form to pre-qualify online if you can answer "yes" to all of these questions:

  • Are you at least 21 years old with a current Commercial Drivers License (CDL)?
  • Do you have a minimum of 18 months verifiable driving experience operating a tractor-trailer with 53' dry van or equivalent?
  • Do you have a Hazardous Materials endorsement, or are you willing and qualified to obtain one?
  • Do you have no more than one accident or two moving violations in the last three years?
  • Do you have zero major violations (as defined by the FMCSA) in the last three years?
  • Do you have zero DUI's or felonies, and zero Misdemeanors in the last 7 years?
